Talons and Tea Leaves

A couple years ago I found myself a part of the "Harry Potter Art Book", a compilation of illustrations to go with each of the chapters in the series. I was given chapter 6 of book 3, "Talons and Tea Leaves". So the art was due long ago, and quite frankly I didn't try. At all. It looks like a 10 year old did it, in no exaggeration whatsoever. It's that bad. So, because the book is going to be printed and then given to J.K. Rowling herself, I was going to be PRETTY embarrassed if all I had to show was that horrible illustration. So, I re-did it quickly, and that's what you see above. And there Professor Trelawney is, in all of her crazy glory. Needless to say, I'm much happier with how it turned out this time around.

Oh god ricky. It's so bad. SO BAD. But here. At least I can say I did it before I went to art school? ugh.
